Basic materials

Not every coating is suitable for every material. We process the following base materials:
  • Non-ferrous metals
  • Alloyed and unalloyed steels
  • Aluminum
  • Special materials available on request

Maximum Component size

  • The product window measures 1000 x 725 x 300 mm.

Soft drum manufacturing

Small parts can be manufactured in gentle drums.

Advantages:
  • No or significantly reduced contact points
  • Even parts without their own suspension or mounting options can be reliably coated.
  • Uniform layer distribution with suitable part geometry
Risks:
  • If the pieces are too large or heavy, impact marks can occur due to the movement in the drum.

Delivery times and formalities

  • Our standard delivery time is 14 days. Faster delivery may be possible upon request, depending on capacity.
  • We deliver directly from the factory.
