Ecosophia Surface Technology GmbH
Ecosophia Oberflächentechnik GmbH was founded in Leingarten in 2021 – at a time when more and more electroplating plants in Germany are closing, while the demand for high-quality surfaces remains consistently high. This is creating supply gaps, particularly in the area of aluminum treatment, which are being felt by many industrial companies. This is precisely where we come in.
Our company focuses on functional electroplating coatings such as electroless nickel, zinc-nickel, and tin-zinc. We refine components made of steel, non-ferrous metals, and aluminum, and support our customers in finding the most technically suitable solution for their application.
Our production facility utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, including a fully automated electroplating line. This is complemented by our own chemistry lab, where we monitor process parameters and precisely control the bath chemistry. An integrated recycling system reduces water consumption and improves resource efficiency.
